Documents required in the recruitment process:

  1. Application Form - completed electronically, printed two-sided, signed, with an average grade confirmed by the dean's office for a period determined by the Dean;
  2. Letter of Intent - completed electronically, sealed and signed by a representative of the host institution;
  3. Other documents specified in the faculty qualification rules (faculty qualification criteria are available on the faculties' websites and, for example, in the faculty information cases).

Documents to be completed after obtaining qualification:

  1. Learning Agreement part Before the Mobility signed by all parties;
  2. certificate from the Dean's Office confirming the student status (applies to traineeships carried out during studies);
  3. certificate of graduation / a copy of the graduation diploma (applies to traineeships for recent graduates);
  4. transfer of the scholarship order (information about the bank account);
  5. a copy of the insurance policy (accident and liability insurance at the place of the internship);
  6. a copy of the EHIC or equivalent health insurance.

In order to receive the scholarship no later than on the day of departure (according to the dates specified in the contract), students must submit a complete set of required documents and sign the contract at least 2 weeks before the start of the traineeship.

The University-Student Agreement is supplemented by an employee of OIE and signed by the student in the Office on a date set by the Office.

Documents required to settle the traineeship:

  1. Confirmation of Traineeship Period;
  2. Learning Agreement part of After the Mobility (Traineeship Certificate).
