Who can apply?
- The staff employed in the partner university in the European Union.
- University must have Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and should have an Interinstitutional Agreement signed with Lublin University of Technology.
- Staff must be selected by the home university (please consult your Erasmus Office for details of qualification Procedure).
LUT organises Staff Training Weeks twice a year – in April and in October.
Next Staff Training Week will take place between 17-21 October 2022! Deadline for application is 1 September 2022.
Remember - Language of instruction is ENGLISH!
Taking into account the limited number of participants of the Staff Training Week, LUT will contact the selected candidates.
- The first stage of qualification takes place at a foreign institution – please consult the home university what the formal requirements are.
- Check qualification deadline and formal requirements at the home university.
- Prepare necessary application documents – both home and host university.
- The second stage of qualification takes place at LUT, where application documents are verified.
- IEO Officer contacts the staff to confirm his/her participation.
- Having confirmed the participation of the staff an invitation letter is issued.
Candidates should complete the following documents in English:
- Application form
- Individual Training Programme (Staff Mobility for Training)
The application form and the Staff Mobility for Training should be signed by a foreign institution, a foreign institution staff. Forms are available here.
Remember - Language of instruction and documents completion is ENGLISH!

It is requested that the staff applies for visa by himself/herself into the respected consulate or embassy, immediately after receiving an invitation letter!
If the original of invitation letter or fax is required please contact OIE staff.
Accommodation – receiving an invitation letter does not mean that the staff is provided with accommodation.
