Erasmus students may be accommodated in the Students’ Residence Hall no 4 at the University Campus area. The condition of acceptance for accommodation is filing an online application for accommodation.Only students who have been accepted for studies can apply for accommodation. Please remember that the number of places in the Hall of Residence is limited and the acceptance within Erasmus+ Programme does not mean the automatic acceptance of accommodation. Students whose applications are not successful are advised to contact estate agencies in Lublin or their buddies who will help them to find other accommodation in Lublin. The room is equipped with beds, desks, desk lamps, wardrobes, kitchen annex, bedding, bed lining. One kitchen and shared bathroom per floor are at students` disposal. Each room is equipped with Internet connection. Residents are responsible for all the items submitted to them. Room service is not provided. 

* Due to a big number of applicants students are offered triple rooms.

University has a right to reject an application for accommodation if students send their application documents after the deadline of application within Erasmus+ Programme or due to accommodation place limit. This academic year all Erasmus+ Students are accommodated in:

Hall of Residence  4 (Mechanical Engineering, Management, Fundamentals of Technology, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science)

The number of rooms in the Halls of Residence is limited. All the students will not be accepted!!!

We offer only triples rooms due to a big number of applicants.

The cost of accommodation for triple room: 410 PLN per month.

 Information for students who are accepted in the Halls of Residence

The Student will receive his confirmation of accommodation in the Halls of Residence by mail.

When you arrive to University’s dormitory you can see the room without any financial consequences. If you decide to stay you will be asked to sign the Resident’s Registration Card, the Room Equipment Charter and the Hand-over Report in two copies, one for you and one for Administrator of the Halls of Residence.

 The fee for the whole semester should be paid in advance within 7 days of singing the Resident’s Registration Card. 

If you want arrive earlier before the 15 th day of the month you are obliged to pay full monthly rate. After the 15 th day of the month it will be half of the rate.

Payments should be made to the bank account number or in cash at the reception desk of the Hall of Residence. Please remember to have enough money at the beginning of your stay.

Payment for accommodation during holiday time (July, August, September)  is regulated by separate provisions.

In the case of early cancellation of stay in the Hall of Residence before the end of semester, a fee is charged for the month in which the cancellation is made and for the following month. The remaining amount will be refunded to the student within two weeks from the date of cancellation.  

Extension of stay by a student requires singing another  Resident’s Registration Card card covering the new period of sty. The declaration of Accommodation Period Extension for the second semester must be submitted to the Administrators of the Dormitories before November 30th .
